Request: A major juice processor in the Maritimes wanted to find a solution to fill a juice made from 100% blueberries, non-GMO, into a 350ml glass bottle. The closure had to be a twist-off cap and there had to be a security seal as well.

Solution: We designed and integrated a complete bottling line including a bottle rinser, a filler, capper, a labeling machine, an inspection system up to the packaging process. This included a case former, sealer and palletizing solution. The design not only allowed the customer to produce at desired rate but also reduced their operating costs.
