MERRY GO ROUND ACCUMULATION TABLE

• Made with sides and structure in 304 Stainless Steel;
• This system is used to gradually accumulate the product in case of slowdown of the downstream machines. During the normal production cycle, the number of containers on the accumulation table is minimal and in transit;
• Composed of parallel chains, with a section that runs in the opposite direction;
• If the downstream line stops, the bottles accumulate and recirculate on the table forming a loop that serves to accumulate the bottles keeping low the pressure between them;
• The infeed and outfeed speeds are constantly adjusted;
