ROTATING ACCUMULATION TABLE

• The system is made of stainless steel frame AISI 304;
• The accumulation table is composed of a steel plate connected to the production line;
• The disc rotation is obtained by means of a gearmotor complete with manual variator to regulate the rotation speed;
• The containers are loaded on the table by means of a product displacement guide that keeps them always towards the center of the disc;
• The lateral guides for labeled and unlabeled containers are made with a high-density polyethylene contact profile and Aisi 304 stainless steel reinforcement layer, suitable not to damage the product and the label;
• The ground supports are made by means of a lateral support in stainless steel and circular support bases in articulated plastic.
