ROTATING GUIDE DIVIDER

• The support structure made of stainless-steel tubulars with openable protective casing in transparent plastic material, equipped with inspection doors complete with safety limit switches;
• This dividing system creates a containers direction change point by means of a motorized toothed belt with plastic inserts;
• The guide rotation is obtained by a brushless motor. The guide rotation is synchronized with the bottles speed and position;
• The synchronization through the bottles and the guide sections is ensured by the flow and product position control photocells;
• The system can be offered in version stand -alone with Electric Panel and Operator Panel;
• Maximum speed 40.000 bph.
