The single-lane dynamic accumulation table works according to the FIFO concept.
The single lane dynamic system is made with two modular chains on parallel side running in opposite directions. A special driven mobile trolley equipped with a container conveying chain brings the containers from one lane to the other.
This system is used to synchronize in a progressive way the product if there’s a slowdown of downstream machines. During normal production the number of containers on the single lane conveyors is minimum and only for by-pass.
