LOGISCANNER

New label and batch code presence checking system halfway between standard photocells and camera systems. Very simple to use but powerful as regards processing capacity, works through self-learning of the reference curve.

Requires the installation of particular optical sensors on the labelling machine. When the bottles passes in front of the sensor, a narrow beam of light goes through the label horizontally in a band where significant graphic elements are present. The system electronics reads and stores the response curve.

It can also be an extension of the level check. It drives both Logipush ejection systems and progressive Logisort diverters.
