Semi-automatic rinser, filler and capper for Still Products

The machine is suitable for fill product in glass bottles having Diameter from 55 to 115 mm and maximum height of mm. 375.

The GRAVITATIONAL type filler is suitable for filling Still products.

Depending on the product to be filled, the machine can be equipped with the option of LIGHT DEPRESSION or HIGH VACUUM

The capper is made of stainless steel INOX 304 and equipped with CE safety, is suitable for the application of various styles of closures for small and medium productions.

The capping head is in stainless steel INOX 304, easy to disassemble for cleaning and maintenance.

The machine is operated by placing the bottles on the pedestal, the bottles lift, and the filling valves start to fill

The filler can produce 500/600 hourly bottles (variable according to the product and speed and operator)
